APP vote recommendations for Victoria, 2 July 2016

Please note that APP does not recommend across-the-board preferencing of either Liberal or Labor, but recommends it on a seat-by-seat basis, based on the individual candidates and the seats they’re contesting.

ASTON – APP recommends a vote for the independent Daniel Huppert, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Alan Tudge be placed BEFORE the Labor candidate.

BALLARAT – APP recommends a vote for either the Australian Christians or Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend that the National and Liberal candidates be placed BEFORE Labor’s Catherine King.

BATMAN – APP recommends a vote for the independent Franco Guardiani, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal George Souris be placed BEFORE Labor’s David Feeney.

BENDIGO – APP recommends a vote for either the independent Anita Donlon, or the Rise Up Australia Party, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Megan Purcell be placed BEFORE Labor’s Lisa Chesters.

CHISHOLM – APP recommends a vote for Rise Up Australia Party, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Julia Banks be placed BEFORE Labor’s Stefanie Perri.

CORANGAMITE – APP recommends a vote for Rise Up Australia Party candidate Nick Steel, and that the Greens be placed last.

DEAKIN – APP recommends a vote for the Australian Christians. We recommend the Greens be placed last.

DUNKLEY – APP recommends a vote for either the Australian Christians or Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend that Liberal candidate Chris Crewther be placed BEFORE Labor’s Peta Murphy.

FLINDERS – APP recommends a vote for Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Labor’s Carolyn Gleixner be placed BEFORE Liberal Greg Hunt.

GOLDSTEIN – APP recommends a vote for Family First, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Tim Wilson be placed BEFORE Labor’s Matthew Coote.

HOTHAM – APP recommends a vote for Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal George Hua be placed BEFORE Labor’s Clare O’Neil.

INDI – APP recommends a vote for either the independent Alan Lappin, or Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Sophie Mirabella be placed BEFORE the independent Cathy McGowan, and BEFORE the Labor candidate.

ISAACS – APP recommends a vote for Liberal Garry Spencer, and that Labor’s Mark Dreyfus be placed last.

JAGAJAGA – APP recommends a vote for Family First, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal David Mulholland be placed BEFORE Labor’s Jenny Macklin.

LALOR – APP recommends a vote for either the Australia First Party or Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Gayle Murphy be placed BEFORE Labor’s Joanne Ryan.

MALLEE – APP recommends a vote for Rise Up Australia, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Nationals Andrew Broad be placed BEFORE the Liberal and Labor candidates.

MARIBYRNONG – APP recommends a vote for the Australian Christians. We recommend Labor’s Bill Shorten be placed last.

McEWEN – APP recommends a vote for Rise Up Australia or the Australian Country Party, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Chris Jermyn be placed BEFORE Labor’s Rob Mitchell.

MELBOURNE – APP recommends a vote for Liberal Philip Liu. We recommend that the Greens’ Adam Bandt be placed last, and Labor’s Sophie Ismail be placed second last.

MELBOURNE PORTS – APP recommends a vote for the independent Peter Holland, and that the Greens be placed last. We recommend Liberal Owen Guest be placed BEFORE Labor’s Michael Danby.

MURRAY – APP recommends a vote for the independent Nigel Hicks, and that the Greens be placed last.

WILLS – APP recommends a vote for the independent Francesco Timpano, and that the Socialist Alliance and Socialist Equality parties be placed last and second last.
