On this Anzac Day we stop to remember all of those men and women who have served our nation in time of war. Their fine commitment to duty, sacrifices, and bravery are examples of conduct which should emulated by all true Australians.
The courage of our military personnel who fought in times of war should be taught to future generations, and be remembered forever.
We should also take time to think of those who serve in our military in peacetime, ready to defend the interests of our nation. Often posted in faraway places, uprooted from friends and family, and always ready to act when called upon in times of great danger.
We salute the great contributions made by those who have served in our armed forces, especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
