As a new organisation, founded in September 2007, the Australian Protectionist Party will not be running any candidates in the November 2007 federal elections. In the meantime, we can recommend some candidates worth voting for. Whilst we cannot necessarily agree with all of their policies, we support them on those policies that we believe are worthwhile. The Sydney branch of the APP will be meeting on Tuesday, 20th of November from 7.30PM. We’ll be looking at the issues surrounding ‘peak oil’ from a nationalist perspective, it’s effect on society and our future, will we see $US100 a barrel soon? [...]
The next Sydney APP branch meeting will be on the 16th of October. The theme for the meeting will be “you’re the voice”. The idea is that two or three people will be given the floor for ten to fifteen minutes to speak on a topic of their own choosing. [...]
